Refund Policy
We truly wish we could offer the same refund flexibility as many larger marketplaces, but unfortunately, that model isn’t sustainable for us due to non-refundable processing fees from FastSpring.
That said, we do offer a 30-day refund policy, during which you're eligible for a full refund minus the Fastspring processing fee (5%).
If you'd like to request a refund, simply reach out to us. While I may take the opportunity to better demonstrate the value of the app—perhaps in ways you haven’t explored yet—we will never withhold your money. If the product doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll promptly process your refund.
